Cardington earned the top seed in the Central District for Division III in softball. They will open their tournament on Wednesday, May 12, at 5 p.m. at home against county rival Mount Gilead.

Both Northmor and Highland also earned top-eight seeds. In Division IV, Northmor got the sixth seed. They will open at home on Thursday, May 13, with a 5 p.m. game against either Grove City Christian or Madison Plains.

In Division II, the Scots earned the seventh seed. They also will play on May 13 and will be at home against either Buckeye Valley or Licking Valley.
