Sept. 1- Threatening

A Rich Street resident reported a dispute with his neighbor over $20.

Sept. 1- Assist other unit

A MGPD officer assisted the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to assist with a group of juveniles at the Morrow County Fair after hours.

Sept. 1- Narcotics complaint

After receiving an anonymous tip, an officer located a large marijuana plant at a Westview Drive resident.

Sept. 2- Domestic complaint

Mount Gilead Police investigated a domestic incident at a Westview Drive residence.

Sept. 3- Property damage accident

A car parked at the Gilead Christian School was damaged in a accident.

Sept. 3- Theft

A West Marion Road resident reported his chainsaw was stolen out of his garage.

Sept. 4- Property damage

Mount Gilead Police were called to a crash on West Marion Street.

Sept. 4- Public intoxication

Officers were dispatched to South Rich Street to investigate two intoxicated males who were sitting on the sidewalk arguing with one another.

Sept. 6- Property damage accident

A caller reported that her vehicle was struck by another vehicle on East Marion Street.

Sept. 6- Traffic offense

Mount Gilead Police located a vehicle parked outside the Discount Drug Mart. The officer on the scene citied three individuals in the car. The driver was charged with OVI and drug abuse. Both passengers were charged with drug abuse and possession.
