Lights put up
The village of Cardington is glowing with Christmas lighting. Adding to the beauty, two groups have placed lights at the district’s two school facilities.
The Cardington-Lincoln FFA, under the guidance of advisor Erin Wollett, decorated a portion of the area in front of the high school with Christmas lights and the fourth grade students of Lori Levings, assisted by Wollett and the FFA students set a wood crafted tree adorned with lights at the elementary school on Nichols Street.
The tree was made by Cardington resident Jack Edgell and Rita Castle, also a Cardington resident, created wreaths for the district building entry ways.
Speaking on behalf of the Cardington-Lincoln Board of Education, member Quinn Maceyko thanked all those responsible for the decorations.
