MORROW COUNTY- Morrow County Hospital will be hosting a Health Profile Clinic this spring.
Please call Morrow County Hospital at (419) 946-5015 to schedule an appointment. Pre-registration is encouraged beginning April 3, 2023.
This will be held Tuesday, May 2 to Saturday, May 6 from 5:00 to 11:00 AM.
The following tests will be offered along with the fee for each. Individuals must indicate the tests they wish to complete when registering. Fasting is required at least eight hours prior to the blood tests.
1) Blood Profile Screening (25 different tests) $35 fee.
2) TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) $25 fee.
3) Hemoglobin AIC (primarily for diabetics) $25 fee.
4) PSA (Prostate-specific antigen- men age 50 or older) $25 fee.
Precautions for this will include:
• Mask wearing will be required on hospital premises.
• Fasting is recommended for best results at least eight hours prior to blood
draw.
• Drink only enough water to take pills prior to the blood draw.
