Northmor picked up its second win of the week, knocking off Fredericktown in four sets on Thursday. The Knights prevailed, 25-20, 16-25, 25-21, 25-20, in Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference Blue Division play.
Karlee Carroll led Northmor (8-4, 4-2 MOAC) with 32 digs. Anna Donner had 24 digs and Cristianna Boggs added 23. Lindsey Wiseman finished with 21.
Jordyn Zoll was 101-of-102 setting with 20 assists. Erica McElvain added 14 assists on 78-of-81 setting.
Wiseman was 20-for-20 serving with two aces. Donner finished 14-of-14 serving with two aces. Zoll was 16-for-16 serving.
Donner led the Northmor attack, going 44-of-45 hitting with 15 kills. Mikayla Briggs added seven kills, while Karlee Carroll and Zoll had five kills each.
Fredericktown won the junior varsity match, 28-26, 25-13.
The Knights play two home matches next week. Highland visits on Tuesday and Cardington-Lincoln comes calling on Thursday.
The Scots (12-0, 6-0 MOAC) are still unbeaten after a sweep of East Knox on Thursday. Highland has swept 11 of its 12 opponents and has only lost two sets all season, none in MOAC play.
The Freddies (7-5, 2-4 MOAC) play host to Clear Fork on Monday.
