MG girls get past Crestline

Mount Gilead came from behind to top Crestline in a non-conference game on Thursday. The Indians trailed 20-17 at the half, but came back with 15 points in the third and went on to win 44-31.

Hope Hack scored 21 to lead the Indians, including hitting a three-pointer that gave her team the lead in the third. She hit five three-pointers in the game. Also, Jenna Shipman had 13 points, while Skyler Edwards finished with five points, nine rebounds and two blocks and Kayla Barker added three points, seven rebounds and a block. The team tallied 49 total rebounds in the contest.
