The Highland Board of Education met at 8 p.m. on the above date with Board Members Loren Altizer, Kathy Belcher, Wayne Hinkle, William Short and Eric Thacker .
Also present were: Matt Bradley, Shawn Winkelfoos, Nathan Huffman, Rob Terrill, Vicky Nelson,
Debbie Hart, Mike DeLaney, Kara Mills, John Messmer and Bill Dodds.
(15-12-198)Approve Minutes
Thacker moved and Hinkle seconded that the minutes of the November 4, 2015 Regular Board of Education meeting be approved as presented.

(15-12-199) Approve Financial Statement
Belcher moved and Hinkle seconded to approve the November 2015 Financial Statement as presented.
Roll Call: Altizer yea, Belcher yea, Hinkle yea, Short yea and Thacker yea.

(15-12-200) Employ Certified Personnel
Thacker moved and Altizer seconded to employ the following certified personnel for the 2015-2016 school year. Salary per our adopted salary schedule.
Molly Clapper Elementary Intervention Specialist

(15-12-201) Employ By Supplemental Contract
Thacker moved and Hinkle seconded to employ the following certified personnel by supplemental contract for the 2015-2016 school year.
Shawn Wilhelm High School Robotics Advisor 0 Yrs. Exp.

Short moved and Belcher seconded to approve the Bed Bug Protocol For Schools in the Highland Local District.

(15-12-203) Approve Contract Agreement
Thacker moved and Belcher seconded to approve the Independent Contractor Agreement between Highland Local Schools and Valerie Meier, LISW, SSW, for school social worker services at the high school and middle school for the remainder of the 2015-2016 school year.

(15-12-204) Adjourn This Meeting and Confirm Next Meeting Date
Short moved and Thacker seconded to adjourn this meeting and schedule next meeting of the Highland Board of Education will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2016. The Organizational Meeting will be @ 7:00 p.m. in the high school cafetorium with the regular Board Meeting starting @ 7:30 p.m.
