Tools left

A resident of South Delaware Street said someone who did work at her residence had left tools behind. The items did not have serial numbers or special markings on them.

Suspicious vehicle

Call advised someone knocked on the door of a residence on West Marion Street and left in a gray Honda. Patrol of the are produced no signs of criminal activity. Officer advised to fix the security light and look to purchase inexpensive security camera equipment.

Threat made

A customer was threatened by someone she knows who was at the Duke station. He has been trespassed from the location.

Domestic issue

A man said his wife was yelling outside their residence on North Main Street. Both were advised they could be charged if the arguing continued.

Assist unit

Officer assisted in taking a loose dog found in the county to the dog shelter.

Warrant served

A man was arrested on West High Street on a felony warrant out of Morrow County.

Theft

A care center reported one of its clients had purchases on her account that were made by someone she knows.

Substance found

Sheriff’s deputy requested village police K9 partner perform an open air sniff on a vehicle he had stopped in Cardington. K9 Nik provided a positive indication on the vehicle and a search yielded an unknown white powder substance.

Narcotics charge

Officer responded with EMS personnel to an overdose on Bank Street. While on scene drug paraphernalia and suspected fentanyl were located and collected. The man was found to have a warrant out of Delaware County. Once the man is released from the hospital they will serve the warrant.
