DOMESTIC ISSUE

Officer responded to Lee Street where a domestic argument was taking place. Both parties were advised to cease interaction or BOTH would be cited.

VEHICLE IN ROAD

A report of a dark color SUV parked in the roadway on Baker Street was investigated. The owner was advised to move the vehicle.

NARCOTICS CHARGE

A K-9 check of a vehicle parked on North Walnut Street yielded a rubber pipe with suspected methamphetamine. Probation officer had arrested the owner for testing positive for drugs.

CITATIONS ISSUED

A woman was cited on East High Street/Fairway Lane for speeding and possession of marijuana.

GUNSHOTS HEARD

Residents on North Main Street reported hearing gunshots nightly around the same time.

TRAFFIC OFFENSE

A motorist was cited on South Main Street for having one headlight and driving under suspension.

VEHICLE STRUCK

A motorist reported his vehicle struck by another vehicle on West High Street. A man was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.

ASSIST GIVEN

Officers assisted EMS on Baker Street with a patient who had fallen and injured himself.

FRAUD CHARGE

A woman said an internet account billed her for over $900. She said she wanted it documented since she contends she did not make the charges.

ASSISTANCE

Officer assisted Morrow County EMS with a man who had a seizure on West High Street.

DRIVER CITED

A driver was cited on East Union Street on charges of driving while failure to reinstate, window tint and operating a vehicle under the influence.

MASK DISPUTE

A man was asked to leave Goodwill when he refused to comply with wearing a mask. He was informed by officers that they could refuse him service. He left the store.

STOP SIGN

A non-injury accident occurred at North Main and West North streets. The operator at fault was cited for a stop sign violation.

WARRANT

A man was arrested on Lee Street on an active warrant out of Morrow County.

FIRE IN HOME

Officer assisted fire and EMS on a report of a structure fire on Park Avenue. The homeowner’s stove had caught fire. There were no injuries or damage.

DRUG CHARGES

A woman was arrested on a warrant out of Licking County. A small bag containing meth was found during a search of her purse.
