Bliss to speak at next Repub.Women’s meeting

Morrow County Republican Women will meet Aug. 20 at 7 p.m. in the Community Service Building, 619 W. Marion Rd, Mt. Gilead. Fourth Saturday Breakfast is Aug. 22

First Presbyterian Church, 55 N. Cherry St. will host a Fourth Saturday Breakfast, August 22, 7-10 am. The menu will be French toast, bacon, sausage, and mixed fruit. The cost is $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. This month’s proceeds will go to the local Clothes Closet.

No Limits needs pantry donations

No Limits Food Pantry is open to all Morrow County residents. (Income eligible, under the ODJFS guidelines, to receive food). Location: Vine Street, Edison. Open every M-W 10-11:45 A.M. 12:30-2:45 P.M. 1st and 3rdFriday 10-11:45 A.M. 12:30-2:45 P.M. We are in need of food and monetary donations.

Upcoming Trips at Seniors on Center

Aug. 25 “The Wilds” in Cumberland, OH / Sept. 17 “Everything Rubbermaid” in Wooster, OH / Oct. 13 Toledo Zoo and Aquarium. We will be using a charter bus for all three trips. Seats are filling up fast. Call 419-946-4191 for reservations, price of trips and more information.

MGHS Class of 1975 to reunite

Dance held every Saturday in Marion

A Dance is held each Saturday from 7-11 p.m. at Sawyer Ludwig Park in the Shrine Building at 1313 White Oaks Rd., Marion. Admission is $8 for adults. No dance will be held Aug. 8 and 15 but will resume Aug 22 and 29. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are available. No smoking.
