Gilead Christian School is sponsoring their 1st Annual 5K Eagle Run on August 12, 2015 at 7 pm.
It’s an eventful 5K run/walk (3.1 mile road race) starting and ending at Gilead Christian School/ Gilead Friends Church at 3613 Twp Rd 115, Mt Gilead.
There will be a Children’s Fun Run after the official 5K (for children 12 & under), medals awarded, door prizes, and refreshments for family, friends, and the community. Registration starts at 6 pm. All who register ($20) are automatically entered into the door prize drawings.
If you register on Gileadchristianschool.org by the end of July 15, you will receive a free run package with a free Race Shirt. Late registration is also available – (race pkg only, no shirt).
Registered participants are invited to run, walk, or cheer. You are not required to pay a fee to cheer or spectate.
Participation Fee is $20; GCS Students only $15; and all children 12 & under (Fun Run) are free. We will have an official race timer and race results will be posted on Victory Timer. Age groups are: 13-20, 20-30, 30-40, etc.
All proceeds will benefit Gilead Christian School. All are welcome. Come participate, cheer, enjoy, and make memories!
