Northmor played Centerburg for the second time in as many days on Thursday. While the end result was the same as Wednesday, the Knights gave a much better effort in only falling 5-4.

The Knights led 3-0 at the midway point of the third quarter, but the Trojans scored once in the third, fourth and fifth innings to tie the score. While Northmor regained the lead in the top of the sixth with one score, Centerburg got two in the bottom of the inning to pull off the narrow win.

Sam Eichorn started the game, with Jake Farley finishing and suffering the loss. They combined for two strikeouts and one walk, while giving up 10 hits. The Knights only got four singles in the game, but also drew four walks.
