Sports reporting procedure
Coaches of local sports teams in Morrow County are asked to submit results of contests (including statistics) their teams compete in to the Morrow County Sentinel. Results may be submitted by phone or email.
Coaches may call the Sentinel at 419-946-3010, extension #1807. Results also may be emailed to either [email protected] or [email protected] .

MG Athletic Hall of Fame ceremony on Feb. 5
The 18th annual Mount Gilead High School Athletic Hall of Fame ceremony will be held on Friday, Feb. 5. The 1974 track team will be honored with a reception beginning at 6 p.m. in the high school community room. Please feel free to join us.

Cardington baseball holding camp
The Cardington-Lincoln High School baseball team will hold an indoor baseball camp on Jan. 30.
The camp is open to kids in grades 5-8 and will run from 10 a.m. to noon. Training will be run by the Cardington baseball coaching staff and players, and will focus on throwing, fielding, hitting and base running. The cost is $20 per athlete. For those wishing to receive coaching on pitching and catching, there will be a second camp held immediately after, from noon to 1 p.m. The pitchers and catchers camp is $10 per athlete.
