Both Cardington bowling teams were edged by Marion Harding on Monday.

The boys fell by a 2235-2227 margin. Jacob Long had the top score overall in the match, rolling a two-game total of 497. Austin Yake scored 408, while Blake Clapham (354), Austin Edgell (330) and John Wilhelm (325) also contributed. Harding’s 355-313 edge in the Baker games played a big role in their win.

In the girls’ match, Harding took a 1819-1776 win over the Pirates. Brea Arnold rolled 395 to pace all scorers, while Addie Wilhelm scored 345, Morgan Walker tallied 276 pins and Makenzie Blake rolled 219. Both Andrea Oldham and Frankie Arnold rolled one game each. Harding took the Baker games 300-291.
