Highland picked up another volleyball win on Thursday, topping Fredericktown 25-9, 25-9, 25-16 for yet another three-set win over a league opponent.
The Scots got 15 kills, seven aces and 16 digs from Ashton Terrill, while Bridget Oder added 28 digs and three aces. Also having three aces was Brogin Denman, who added eight kills. Sierra Mailey picked up six kills in the match.
Cardington Pirates
Cardington suffered a 23-25, 25-20, 22-25, 15-25 loss to Elgin in four games on Thursday.
MaKenna McClure led the Pirates with seven kills and 10 digs, while Gracie Rees added eight kills. Samantha Brininger finished with six kills and 14 digs, Olivia Jones had four kills and four blocks, Marissa Hall tallied 22 assists and Rylie Partlow finished with 13 digs and six aces.
