Highland was hurt by a slow start in falling 57-40 at Marion Harding in a MOAC contest on Friday.
The Scots (6-10, 3-7) fell behind 11-1 after eight minutes of play and saw that margin extend to a 26-6 score at the half. Both teams scored 10 in the third quarter and Highland held a 24-21 edge in the fourth, but the locals couldn’t erase that first-half deficit.
Brock Church hit four three-pointers on his way to a 21-point effort in the game.
