Northmor girls’ bowling sets scoring record

The Northmor Lady Knights’ bowling team set a new match record when they hosted Fredericktown Monday night at Victory Lanes.

In improving to 3-0, Northmor tallied 2116 pins to top the previous record of 2034 set in the 2017-18 season. Maddie Hoverland had a 209 game and 399 season to lead the team. Kourtney Rinehart had a 370 series, while Emilie Drumm scored 364. Also, Kristen Bittner scored 354 and Kahlan Bell had 298 pins.

Northmor’s boys also improved to 3-0 with a narrow 1813-1744 decision. Cole Postell tallied a 379 series to lead the team, while Joe Baldinger’s scored 320 over two games. Also rolling were Zach Govoni (294), Bob Guiler (270) and Wesley Hammond (260).
