Griffin McCloy of Pleasant took top honor in the Chad A. Wheeler tournament at Lincoln Hills on Tuesday. Winners and runners-up in the Heart of Ohio Junior Golf Association tournament series were eligible to compete in this event for the “Best of the Best” plaque.

McCloy, of the 16-18 age division, played from the blue tees on the nine-hole course (which was played twice). He shot 41-35-76 to win the title.

Todd Crowe of Fairbanks carded 40-40-80 to win second, edging Pleasant’s Dustin Sites (40-41-81), who was third. Kameron Hall of Harding shot 45-41-86 for fourth, while Jason Joehlin and Maxwell McCloy both shot 45-42-87 to share fifth.
