Highland claimed the top seed in the Division II volleyball tournament draw.

The Lady Scots will see their first action at hom against Horizon Science in a contest set to take place Monday, Oct. 16 at home, starting at 6 p.m.

The other three Morrow County teams are all in Division III and will all see their first action on Tuesday, Oct. 17, also at 6 p.m. Northmor earned the fourth seed and will host Columbus Academy. Cardington also picked up a home game and will take on Fredericktown. Mount Gilead will travel to top-seeded Utica for their first-round sectional match.

Highland’s soccer teams also got their tournament draws set. The boys’ team will play on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 3 p.m. They will either be at Pleasant or at home against East, depending on the outcome of a Tuesday, Oct. 17 first-round match.

The girls’ team will play Monday, Oct. 16 at fourth-seeded Bloom-Carroll. The match will begin at 7 p.m.
