The second annual Eagle Run/Walk 5K will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 10 at 7 p.m., with registration beginning at 6 p.m. The event will start and finish at Gilead Christian School/Gilead Friends Church.
Participants may run, walk or compete in a four-person relay. Cost is $20 ($15 for GCS students only) and includes an official race t-shirt if registered before July 20. All participants also will be given a complimentary door prize entry.
There also will be a children’s play arena for $5 and a free fun run for children 11 and under. Registration may either be done at the event or online at gileadchristianschool.org .
