The Morrow County Chamber of Commerce hosted a 19-team golf scramble on June 3 at Pine Lakes Golf Course that was coordinated by Chamber president Andy Bower of Edward Jones Investments.
The winning team was from Leader Financial, consisting of Dennis Leader, Jeff Underwood, Tony Tanner and Bill Royce. Second place went to Erin Kelty, Bob Boss, Steve Waers and James Hobson of First Knox Bank. The third place team was from the Village of Cardington and consisted of James Wallace, Greg Gompf, Jim Morris and Mike Fry.
The Chamber would like to thank Pine Lakes Golf Course for their terrific hosting of the 21st annual golf outing. They also thank Ace Sponsors Morrow County Hospital, Avita Health System and Consolidated Electric. Beverage cart sponsors were Herb Baldwin and Carol Lessick, Howard Hanna Home Team; and Morrow County Dental, Dr. Leslie A. McDougall, DDS and team kept everyone well-hydrated. Peacock Water donated the bottled water and Cardington Yutaka Technologies was the On-the-Turn sponsor.
