According to CNN on 8/14/15, anti-choice Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson actually practiced fetal tissue research. According to the Congressional Record, John McCain voted to fund fetal research. The attacks on Planned Parenthood are hypocritical at best.
Researchers using fetal tissue are trying to figure out ways to protect and improve lives. They are asked to pay the costs of procuring fetal tissue. Nobody in America is performing abortions in order to make a profit on fetal tissue. Phony issue based on misleading claims.
How many Americans are already ready to donate their own organs to preserve the lives of others if the donors themselves are brain dead? Millions.
