Northmor District Superintendent, Chad Redmon spoke with pride of the great quality of

the graduating seniors. He noted that six will serve in the military, several athletes are recognized at the state

level and have qualified in state competition.

Northmor Principal, Benji Bethea noted that this small class of 65 has received $550,000

in scholarships and academic aid. Eight seniors are members of National Honor Society and

six are receiving honor diplomas.

Class Valedictorian was Michelle Brown. She encouraged grads to “live your life, don’t let

your life live you.” Salutatorian, Logan Huey celebrated that they have all finished and recognized

her classmates for their hard work together. Salutatorian, Kelsie O’Dowd read from a quote of

Steve Jobs and warned her classmates, “don’t lose yourself in your exploration.”

Each senior had a long walk across the room from Bethea to Redmon to receive their diploma.

National Honor Society members include: Spencer Brian Adams, Collin Joseph Berg, Mikayla Joyce

Briggs, Michelle Ann Brown, Naomi Morgan Heilman, Logan Alexandria Huey, Jessica Loraine Ruhl,

and Garrett Eugene Schaffer.

Class Officers include: President, Spencer Adams; Vice president, Collin Berg; Secretary Mikayla

Briggs; Treasurer, Isabelle DiTullio. Student Council mmbers are: Gunnar Lilly and Jake Farley.

Briggs closed the ceremony with humor and memories of their high school years.
