Jerry Stephens, pastor of the Vineyard Church of Morrow County will be the speaker when Fulton holds its annual Memorial Day program at the Fulton Cemetery.

Giving the Gettysburg Address will be Jared Haught, Cardington-Lincoln High School sophomore.

Nancy Ciccone will deliver Logan’s Orders and John Powell, Sr. will present “In Flanders Fields.” Fulton Mayor Terri Hickman will lead the Pledge of Allegiance and Daniel Coutz, pastor of the Fulton Church of the Nazarene, will give the benediction.

Members of Sons of the American Legion Squadron 97 will raise the flag and the Rifle Squad with Jenkins-Vaughan Post 97 of the American Legion, Cardington, will give the 21 gun salute.

The parade will be led by the color guards from Post 97, Squadron 97 and Unit 97 and The Cardington-Lincoln High School marching band directed by John Brehm.

The band will also play special music during the program The parade will organize at 9:30 am at the village post office. Units participating are asked to be there no later than 9:30 a.m. It will step off at 10 a.m.
