MILLERSBURG, Ohio – First-Knox National Bank promoted three associates at the June board meeting. Bob Boss was named senior vice president and area executive of the Holmes and Wayne County markets; Gabe Aufrance was promoted to banking officer and manager of the Millersburg office, with a focus on commercial lending; and Darrell Lee was promoted to banking officer and lender in the Wooster office.

“These gentleman have made tremendous contributions not only to First-Knox but also within the Holmes and Wayne County markets,” said Vickie A. Sant, president of First-Knox National Bank. “Bob has spearheaded our recent expansion into Wayne County and Darrell has been a key player in opening the Wooster office. This has also provided growth opportunities for Gabe in the Millersburg office as we expand his commercial lending role and managerial oversight of that location. I’m very excited about what the future holds for them”.

Bob Boss graduated magna cum laude from Mount Union College. He joined First-Knox in 2007 as part of the Ohio Legacy Bank acquisition. He has spent most of his career in the financial services industry. Bob is heavily involved in the Holmes County and Millersburg communities. He is the president of Historic Downtown Millersburg and serves on numerous boards including the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce, Holmes County Economic Development, Holmes County Training Center, and Eastern Ohio Development Alliance. Bob resides in Millersburg and has three children: Taylor, Peyton, and Courtney.

A West Holmes High School and Otterbein University graduate, Gabe Aufrance joined First-Knox in 2010 as a commercial lender. He has attended numerous banking schools and participated in the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership program. Gabe is a member of the Behavior Support Committee at the Holmes County Training Center, and is a board member for Rotary and the Holmes County Public Library. He and his wife, Kim have four children: Luke, Cale, Kiegen and Emee.

Darrell Lee has been a lender with First-Knox since 2008. His role has evolved over the years to include commercial and consumer lending. Most recently Darrell transferred to the new Wooster office. He is a graduate of Whitehall-Yearling High School and Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Darrell is active in the Millersburg and Wooster communities, serving as the president of the Millersburg Rotary club, and is a member of Wooster Rotary and the core team for NewPointe Community Church in Wooster. He currently resides in Baltic with his wife, Rachel, and their children: Olivia, Makenna, and Mason.
