Portions of State Route 95 between Morrow and Knox Counties are set to close next week as the Ohio Department of Transportation will begin work on the roadway to replace multiple culverts. Crews will begin the process on State Route 95 between Lucerne and McClelland and continue east toward Fredericktown with the last culvert being placed at the intersection of Pinkley Road and State Route 95.

The project is expected to take eight days to complete before the State Route will re-open in its entirety. The road will be open to traffic on the weekend. The schedule is weather permitting and will be updated if delayed.

March 7

.9 mile stretch of 95 between Lucerne and McClelland Road

1.5 miles of 95 between McClelland and Phillips Road

March 9

1.9 mile stretch of 95 between McClelland and Phillips Road

March 10-11

2.9 miles between Phillips and Pinkley Road (will open no later than afternoon the of March 11)

March 14

3.3 miles on the south-side of State Route 95. Pinkley Roadd will be closed at State Route 95. (95 will be open to emergency traffic only)

March 15

3.3 miles on the north-side of State Route 95. Pinkley Road will be closed at State Route 95. (95 will be open to emergency traffic only)

Traffic will be detoured to State Route 314 south to State Route 229 east to State Route 13 north and reverse.
