The 6th annual CHRISTMAS IN ASHLEY will be held December 5th from 6 to 9 pm. This year we will be focusing on bringing the Ashley community together to celebrate the meaning of Christmas.

All churches will be open for tour. White Lily with Rev. Cindy Berkshire; Rev Dan Lemke at Ashley Wesleyan; Rev. Mark Condo will be at 101 E High St; and Pastor Ryan Skelton will be at the United Methodist Church.

In addition to touring the churches, The Delaware County Bank will have “ornament painting” for the children and a scavenger hunt will start at the building with the mural on the side. Forms will be picked up in this building and stamps will be gotten for certain names or businesses. Once these are totally obtained, forms will be taken back to 101 E High St. The first completed 50 forms will be presented with a gift certificate from Longbranch Pizza.

Also, the Town Crier will stroll the streets, there will be caroling and a live nativity. Santa will see children in the Methodist Church and luminaries will line the streets. Businesses will be open also the fire department.
