10:34am Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle at Wise Funeral Home.

10:49am A vehicle was issued a parking citation for 48 hour parking and towed from the 500 block of S. Poplar St.

11:55am Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle at Woodlawn United Methodist Church.

12:16pm A private property parking lot vehicle collision was investigated at Walmart.

12:17pm A two vehicle non-injury crash was investigated at Charles & Sandusky Av. and a citation was issued.

12:19pm A theft report was taken in the 600 block of W. Mary St.

3:39pm A report of juveniles smoking in Harmon Park was checked and one 17 year old and one 16 year old boy were both arrested at Harmon Park on charges of disorderly conduct by fighting. One was issued a minor Misdemeanor citation and released. The other was released to a parent pending an appearance in Juvenile Court.

4:11pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Sherman and Plymouth St.

4:43pm A hit skip accident was investigated in the 200 block of Norton Way.

4:44pm Officers spoke to a subject on station.

6:00pm A report of a car stuck on the railroad tracks on N. Sandusky was investigated. No vehicle was found on the tracks.

6:24pm A suspicious person in the 1200 block of E. Mansfield St. was investigated.

7:04pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of E. Southern and Hopley Av.

7:10pm Eddie Awbrey was located and arrested in the 500 block of S. Highland Ave. on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a court appearance date and an additional misdemeanor charge.

9:57pm A report of a possibly intoxicated driver in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave. was investigated.

9:59pm Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 100 block of W. Liberty St.

10:12pm Officers investigated a hang up 9-1-1 call in the 1400 block of Melody Dr.

10:42pm A traffic warning was given in the area of E. Mansfield St. and E. Mary St.

10:58pm Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the area of W. Liberty St. and S. Poplar St. One of the drivers was cited and a vehicle towed from the scene.

Oct. 17

12:35am Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle at Walmart.

1:13am A traffic warning was issued in the area of E. Warren St. and Failor St. and a subject was issued a court date for a misdemeanor Crawford County Warrant.

3:28am Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 100 block of Waterford Dr. Timothy L. Hunt, 66, was arrested for domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

5:17am Officers assisted Life Support in the 200 block of E. Rensselaer St. with a subject experiencing mental health issues.

9:32am Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 100 block of Heritage Circle.

12:14pm Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 1700 block of Marion Rd., Bucyrus Estates Apartments. Stephen Horning, 30, was arrested on charges of domestic violence. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

1:08pm A disturbance was investigated in the 200 block of E. Charles St.

1:19pm Property found in the 800 block of Wingert St. was turned in to the police department.

1:21pm A report of a dog running loose in the 200 block of Ethel St. was taken.

2:58pm A domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of S. Highland Av.

3:41pm A disturbance in the 900 block of Earl St. was a matter of an unruly juvenile and a parent.

3:59pm Officers investigated a report of a fight in the 600 block of E. Rensselaer St. The parties involved had dispersed from the area.

4:23pm A welfare check on a subject in the 800 block of S. Highland was requested.

5:43pm Officers assisted Life Support Ambulance personnel in the 800 block of Cleland Av. with a subject experiencing mental health issues.

6:12pm A domestic dispute was investigated at Bucyrus Plaza.

6:14pm A vandalism to a vehicle taillight was reported in the 300 block of S. Lane St.

7:27pm A parking complaint was resolved at Bucyrus Plaza.

7:47pm A report of a dog hit by a car in the 1200 block of E. Mansfield St. was checked. The dog owner arrived and sought veterinary care.

8:30pm A Failor St. resident reported money stolen.

9:10pm A report of suspicious people on Marion Rd. was a church youth group having an outdoor activity.

9:50pm Officers assisted the Ohio State Patrol on St. Rt. 19.

9:52pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 1100 block of Nevada Rd.

10:42pm A report of a child left alone in a vehicle was investigated.

11:07pm A report of a dog barking was investigated in the area of Plymouth and Earl St. All quiet in the area.

11:37pm An erratic driver was reported on N. Sandusky Av. Traffic warning was issued.

11:53pm A verbal dispute between 3 women was investigated in the 100 block of W. Mansfield St. The subjects voluntarily left the area.

Oct. 18

1:06am A traffic warning was issued in the area of Tiffin & Irving St.

1:30am Officers checked the area of Washington Square for a report of two men fighting. John Kenny, 25, was arrested in the 100 block of W. Mansfield on charges of disorderly conduct by intoxication.

9:03am Officers checked the welfare of a man experiencing mental issues in the 700 block of S. Sandusky Ave. He was assisted with an escort to his residence.

10:46am A report of a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Hopley Ave. was checked and one of the parties left the area.

11:29am A report of the theft of a car lift in the 100 block of E. Perry St. was investigated.

12:21pm Stacy Higginbotham, 31, Bucyrus was given a court appearance date on a warrant out of Crawford County.

12:51pm A two car private property parking lot collision at Kroger was investigated.

1:39pm A two car private property parking lot collision at Circle K was investigated.

3:29pm A sweater found in the 400 block of W. Perry St. was turned in to the Police Department.

4:14pm Officers assisted with a civil issue in the 1600 block of Whetstone St.

4:25pm A parking citation was issued in the 300 block of E. Mansfield St.

4:32pm A traffic warning was issued in the 1200 block of W. Beal Av.

4:47pm A person was warned for trespassing on the railroad tracks near Blicke St.

5:00pm Officers spoke to a person on station about a domestic dispute.

5:49pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Hopley and Woodlawn Av.

6:05pm A false alarm was investigated in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Av.

7:11pm A traffic warning was issued on Plymouth St.

7:41pm Anthony Lockhart, 29, was located and arrested in the 1500 block of N. Sandusky on a Crawford County warrant. He was transported to Crawford County Justice center to be held for court.

8:25pm Officers assisted with a welfare check of a subject in the 800 block of Wilbur St. The subject was located and received further assistance from community counseling services.

11:53pm Officers and EMS personnel intervened with a subject having mental health issues in the 100 block of W. Mansfield Street.

Oct. 19

12:04am Officers checked the welfare of a subject in the area of Lane and Plymouth Street.

1:13am A domestic disturbance in the 400 block of E. Rensselaer Street was resolved with one of the parties leaving the area.

6:28am A false alarm in the 100 block of Plymouth St. was investigated.
