Meetings, events
• Headwaters Outdoor Education Center will host its 4th annual holiday make it take it, Sunday, Nov. 8 either from 2-3 or 3:30-4:30 p.m. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will only have 20 participants (five family units/groups and/or singles) at each one hour session. There will only be four or five crafts, including a bowling pin snowperson, recycle cap ornaments and scented pine cones.
To participate, you must register Amanda Pfahler at MCSWD office, 419-946-7923, by Thursday, Nov. 5. Participation at the desired time will be due to space availability and number of people in your family group. Event is free and donations are welcome.
• The Tomorrow Center Board of Directors meets Monday, Nov. 16 at 4:30 p.m. in the Miller Center located at 3700 County Road 168, Cardington. The public is invited.
Blood drives
• Mount Gilead, Nov. 9: 12 p.m. – 6 p.m., Trinity United Methodist Church, 75 E. High St.
• Sparta, Nov. 13: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., Sparta UMC, 22 N. Church St.
