The Morrow County Cattlemen’s Association continued their tradition of awarding scholarships to Morrow County youths when two $1500 stipends were made during the Morrow County Fair.

Receiving them were Ellie Logan and Bailey Gompf. Ellie, unable to be present because she was in a class, is a graduate of Northmor High School and will be studying Agri-Business at ATI Wooster.

Accepting her award were her parents Rob and Julie Logan and her sister, Maggie Logan.

Bailey Gompf, a graduate of Mt Gilead High School, received the second scholarship. The daughter of Scott and Julie Gompf, she will be attending MTC to study physical therapy.

The awards were presented by Jeff McCutcheon, director with the Morrow County Cattlemen’s Association and OSU Extension Educator.
