Suspicious persons

Employee at Duke station advised two suspicious males near the ATM. They left prior to officer’s arrival.

Taken to hospital

A woman who admitted she had taken too much medication was taken by Morrow County EMS to the hospital.

Theft

A resident reported items missing from Lok-N-Storage unit on South Main Street. He contends he knows who took the missing property.

Active warrant

A man was arrested on a felony warrant out of Delaware County.

Accident report

Motorist driving eastbound on East Union Street was struck by a vehicle turning left in front of him, causing property damage.

Theft

A Delaware Street resident reported someone took out a personal loan in his name.

Loud music

A complaint of loud music on South Delaware Street was investigated on two occasions. The resident was advised to turn it down or face a citation for disorderly conduct.

Felony warrant

Donald Holbrook Jr. was arrested on a felony warrant out of Franklin County and a misdemeanor warrant out of Morrow County.

Laptop taken

A Rich Street resident said her older model laptop was stolen.

Traffic offenses

A man was cited for speeding, driving under suspension, no motorcycle endorsement and no license plates on Westview Drive and Baker Street.

Burglary

A North Delaware Street resident reported the shed and unoccupied home were broken into, but nothing stolen.

Suspicious person

A resident on West North Street said a man in a black sweatshirt was looking into a window. He was not located.

Gun found

A BB or pellet gun was found on South Delaware Street. It was disposed of properly.

Fire contained

A fire at the former HPM facility on West Marion Road was reported. It was a camper inside the building and fire control was able to contain it.

Suspicious person

A man came to the door of a residence on West North Street claiming to have been in an accident. He then changed his story that he was assaulted before he fled the scene on foot. He was not located.

Drug charges

Officer assisted Morrow County Sheriff with a warrant arrest in Edison. After the man was arrested the residence was searched and drug paraphernalia was located and confiscated.
