Semi truck hits monument


A large truck got its left rear wheels stuck on the base of the Victory Shaft monument as the driver was turning left Thursday morning. Morrow County Sheriff John Hinton, deputies and Mount Gilead village police officers re-directed traffic shortly before noon. It was freed a short time later.
