Halloween in Mount Gilead on Oct. 28 was a cold one. First Federal Bank shows 38 degrees for the trick or treaters. Morrow United Way, Job & Family Services, Masonic Lodge 206 and the Morrow County Food Pantry passed out treats to the children again this year.
