MARENGO — Alum Creek Heating & Cooling celebrated its planned administration and facility expansion with a ground breaking ceremony.
Located at 1374 State Route 61 in Marengo, it has already begun moving dirt on a 2,400-square foot, $250,000 dollar expansion.
Alum Creek Heating & Cooling is owned by Darin and Charlene Beam. The Marengo facility was founded in 2002 and is a leading supplier of HVAC installation and service repairs for Morrow County and central Ohio.
Darin Beam, partner, commented on the company’s commitment to the community, its customer base and its seventeen employees. He also expressed dedication to bring new service lines and products to the local facility.

On behalf of Morrow County and the county commission, Commissioner Burgess Castle provided words of support.

As part of the building expansion, Alum Creek Heating & Cooling is committed to create four new positions with the company. The timeframe for filling the positions will occur over the coming months.
