Seniors on Center Coloring Contest
Seniors on Center in Mount Gilead are announcing a coloring contest for children in April.
Prizes will be awarded to three age groups: Ages 3-5, ages 6-9 and ages 10-12. Coloring sheets can be picked up at Seniors on Center at 41 W. Center St. in Mount Gilead, Morrow County Community Center at 16 S. Main St. in Mount Gilead, First Knox National Bank at 504 W. High St., Mt. Gilead and First Federal Bank, 70 N. Main St., Mount Gilead and Selover Library in Chesterville. Coloring Sheets should be returned by April 7, 2017 to Seniors on Center, 41 W. Center St. Mount Gilead, OH 43338.
Lions and Community Center will host Easter Egg Hunt
The Lions Club of Mount Gilead and the Morrow County Community Center will host an Easter Egg Hunt for children at the Mount Gilead State Park on April 8 at 10 a.m. The Community Center at 16 S. Main St. is collecting candy for the eggs. Candy donations should be small enough to fit into plastic Easter eggs.

Palm Sunday at LMC
An opportunity for individuals, families and adult groups or youth groups to put in a day of service and help with improvements at the camp will take place Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. The service projects will focus on landscaping, painting, cleaning up the winter damage and other tasks to help improve the grounds and facilities. There will be continental breakfast and lunch provided. Servant Days are a wonderful chance to work alongside friends and neighbors while enjoying time together at camp, notes the release. Volunteers are asked to complete a volunteer information form. Youths under 18 are required to have that form signed by their guardian or parent. Johnsville Grace UMC
Johnsville Grace United Methodist Church 7459 County Road 242 in Johnsville will be having an Easter Bazaar on Saturday, April 8 from 9 am – 2 pm. They will have crafts items, home-baked goods, candy, jelly and so much more.
Easter Egg Hunt at Marengo UMC
Marengo United Methodist Church is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on April 9 at 2 p.m. Toddlers through fourth grade students are welcomed to participate. The event is provided by the Marengo UMC youth group.
