Pam Beery, federal grant coordinator with the Cardington Schools is pleased with the second annual Community Health Fair which took place at the district’s elementary school on March 7.

“The (Community Health) fair brought more than 30 vendors and agencies to the community, our Cardington students and their parents. We had a wonderful turnout that represented the generosity of the Cardington Community,” she said.

Winners of the coloring contest were Hailey Littlemeyer, third grade; Cameron Sherman, fourth grade; Carter Sherman, third grade; Cohen Johnson, second grade; Jaxon Strong, first grade and Madaline Miller, kindergarten.

In addition to the following vendors and agencies she extended appreciation to Deb Hart and Vicki Kerman for their part in the organizing committees.

4-H Extension Office, American Red Cross, Best Buddies International, Cardington Library, Cardington-Lincoln Education Foundation, Cardington Village Police Department, Cardington School Food Service Department,Cardington Schools Guidance Team, Chester Arbor, Children’s Hunger Alliance, Costco, Essentra Pharmacy Essentially Yours, Gleaner Life Insurance Society, Guidance Grant Team, Happy Wanderers, Hospice of Morrow County, Kids on the Block, Lutheran Memorial Camp, Mind, Body and Spirit, Morrow County Health Department, Morrow County Hospital, Morrow County Job and Family Services, Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, Morrow Family Health Center, MCTC Transportation, Norwex, Ohio Heartland Community Action, OHOAC Head Start, and Recovery and Prevention Resources.
