Morrow County Health District (MCHD) is in the process of creating a strategic plan for the agency. To plan effectively for the future, MCHD is asking for public input about the agency’s strengths (S) and weaknesses (W), as well as potential opportunities (O) for growth and threats (T) that may keep us from fulfilling county goals.
