The Cardington-Lincoln High School Book Club has recieved a grant for $500 from the Buckeye Book Fair, Ohio Arts Council and the Wooster Book Company,

The money will come in the form of gift certificates to be spent at the Buckeye Book Fair to be held Nov. 5, in Wooster, OH.

This is an event featuring Ohio authors and illustrators with signings, speakers and literary activities.

The grant is intended to enhance literacy programs and to promote Ohio authors.

The grant proposal was written by Katie Porteus, Cardington Local Schools District Librarian.
