The unit learned there will be a program titled Songs of America,” given at the Cardington-Lincoln School on Nov. 14 and all veterans are invited.

Morris said there will be Veterans Day Dinner this year on Nov. 11 at the Post Home. They are currently seeking donations. In the past they have served over 150 people and will have more information on this program in the future.

The unit agreed to donate between $160 and $200 toward the cost of the Americanism tests and cash awards.
