July 30- Narcotics complaint

Mount Gilead Police were dispatched to a Grant Street residence to investigate a call that stated there were marijuana plants at the address.

July 30- Traffic offense

An officer on patrol cited a vehicle operator on North Main Street for driving under suspension and speeding.

July 30- Theft

Two kids reported their items were stolen at the Mount Gilead Community Swimming Pool.

July 30- Domestic complaint

Officers were dispatched to Baker Street in response to a report of disorderly conduct at a residence.

July 31- Theft

Discount Drug Mart employees reported a theft occurred at the store on West Marion Road.

July 31- Fight

Mount Gilead Police arrested a South Rich Street resident for intimidation, resisting arrest, obstructing official business and D.O.C. intoxication.

Aug. 1- Vandalism

A Morrow Commons tenant reported shaving cream was on her front doorstep and around the area.

Aug. 1- Theft

A Grant Street resident reported that someone stole items from her purse inside her vehicle.

Aug. 1- Domestic complaint

A Westview Drive resident reported that she and her-ex husband had been a physical dispute. As a result, her ex-husband, who was reportedly intoxicated, took their 10-year-old son to an unknown location.

Aug. 2- Vandalism

An officer on patrol at Morrow Commons found that a resident’s car had antifreeze poured on it and the windshield wipers removed.

Aug. 2- Mental

A caller on Chartwell Street reported a male was hitting himself while talking to a female.
