Ken Barnett gave his portrayal of Mark Twain when Cardington Seniors met for their monthly luncheon on May 27 at the

Senior Center in Mount Gilead. His performance was termed as “quiteenlightening” by those attending.

The group enjoyed a luncheon of stuffed pepper, steamed potatoes and pears with cookies provided by Esther Yake.

Shirley Robinson, president, conducted the meeting. The Seniors will meet next on June 24 when Candice Herr from the Morrow County Extension Office will present the program on “Cooking for One.”

Marnie Buckle and Robinson will provide cookies for that luncheon Reservations should be made for the dinner by June 23, by calling the Senior Center.
