Strong pitching and one good inning on offense carried the Cardington softball team past East Knox by a 4-1 margin Wednesday evening.

Ohio State wrapped up its spring practice slate on Saturday with the annual spring game, and with it, fans were able to get a glimpse of what the offense might look like under the leadership of quarterback Kyle McCord should he ultimately win the starting job.

Formerly known as the Vintage Grand Prix of Mid-Ohio, Permco has been named the title sponsor of the SpeedTour weekend at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course highlighted by the traditional classes of racing from the Sportscar Vintage Racing Association. The event, set for June 23-25, is now named Permco Grand Prix of Mid-Ohio and remains the longest continuously-running spectator event at the legendary road course in Morrow County.
