The Morrow County Republican Party recently held a kickoff rally for the opening of its headquarters at 115 N. Main St., Mount Gilead. The special guest was Bridget Moreno, wife of U.S. Senate candidate Bernie Moreno. State Rep. Riordan McClain was also present, along with many elected county officials. The headquarters will be open this fall from noon to 6 p.m. (Monday through Friday) and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Visitors can pick up yard signs, learn about Republican candidates and volunteer opportunties, and learn more about Issue 1.
