MORROW COUNTY- The K-Kids at Park Avenue Elementary held 2 fundraisers and donated their proceeds to Flying Horse Farms. They are pictured here with Lonnie Thompson and Stephanie Warner from camp, who came to accept their donation of $455.95. They brought fannie packs and flashlights for all the kids and even some science boxes from COSI for them to take home. This elementary service club is learning what it means to “give back” in the community. They are an amazing group of youngsters. Dr. Howard, the school’s Superintendent, even stopped by to witness the charity and is impressed by their philanthropic hearts. K-Kids is part of the Kiwanis family and is supported by the Kiwanis Club of Morrow County.
