Following Tom Harden’s retirement from his Morrow County Commissioner seat last month, Dennis Leader was appointed to fill the position.

Leader was sworn-in on Jan. 29 by Morrow County Common Pleas Judge Robert Hickson.

Leader took office Feb. 1.
