The Lady Eagles are proud to bring home two trophies this year. They claimed the title OCSAA Northwest Regional Champions and took fourth place in the OCSAA Final Four tournament.

After defeating First Baptist Elyria, the Lady Eagles sealed their trip to the OCSAA Final Four with a win against Christian Academy and claimed the title Regional Champions. The Final Four tournament was played at Ohio Christian University in the Maxwell Center located in Circleville on Nov. 6 and 7.

The Lady Eagles faced Emmanuel Christian out of Springfield in the first round game and suffered a disappointing loss 18-25, 9-25, 15-25. The team came back the following night to play against Temple Christian Dayton in the second round. They swept the first match 25-19 and looked very confident. During the second match, the Lady Eagles fell behind and were unable to rally through the remainder of the game. They lost 16-25, 18-25, 17-25.

As disappointing as it was to lose, no one can take away the experience of playing in a Final Four tournament. It took hard work, determination, and sweating it out in the gym through some tough practices. We came up short of heading to the State Championship game, but it was great to be part of the Final Four.
