The Big Walnut Joint Fire District announces the new Fire Board Fiscal Officer, Hilary Ostram. Hilary Ostram (Lawyer) is a Morrow County Resident and graduate of Cardington High School.
She is married to Joe Ostram and a proud mother to her daughter Delaney. Hilary currently works at Morrow MHA. BWJFD welcomes Hilary to the fire board.
