Toy bingo planned at Post 97

CARDINGTON — Toy bingo will be played at the Jenkins-Vaughan American Legion Post 97 home on Thursday, Dec. 7.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and bingo will begin at 7 p.m.

The public is invited to play this entertaining form of bingo. There will be 10 regular games, the prize for each game being a toy valued over $50.

There will also be two coverall games when the prizes will be a toy valued over $150. Cost of these games are 50 cents for the first game and $1 per card for the second.

Age limit to play these games is 18. Players are urged to wear an ugly Christmas sweater to win a prize.

There will be a Chinese raffle and concessions by Auxiliary Unit 97. Proceeds benefit the Friends of Cardington and Post 97.
