Sign-ups for the Mount Gilead summer swim team will be held on Saturday, May 14, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Municipal Building. Families may also purchase pool passes at this time.
The summer season is slated to run until July 9, with start time depending on the weather and the opening day of the pool. While some instruction is provided, this is a competitive sport and new swimmers will be expected to complete one length unassisted by the end of the first week.
