Highland’s seventh grade girls team topped Centerburg by a 27-17 margin on Wednesday.
The Scots took a 10-2 lead after the first quarter and led 17-2 at the half in the contest. Despite being outscored 15-10 in the second half, they were easily able to hold on to pick up the win.

The Highland eighth grade girls were able to rebound in a big way against Centerburg on Wednesday, taking a 33-2 win in a game in which they didn’t surrender any points until the fourth quarter. They led 9-0 after one, 22-0 at the half and 28-0 after three quarters in the win.
Joselyn Stuckman led the team with seven points, while Madison Cecil added six and Taylor Edwards finished with five.
